Diana Malone is a local Yoga teacher and together with Emma Aldous from Skylark Farm, Bawdsey brings you her unique class. Often introducing those to Yoga who have not experienced it before, this class is accessible to all.
Goat yoga combines the effect of petting and playing with animals boosting serotonin and dopamine in the brain and decreasing cortisol levels with yoga for a double dose of relaxation. Some health benefits from goat yoga include enhanced mood, lower blood pressure, and heightened flexibility.
Diana recently filmed Goat Yoga on an episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Cheshire’.
Diana will also be offering a normal goat-free yoga class at Fit East – Breathwork, flow and relaxation. The class is accessible to all levels. You will need to be able to transition from the floor to standing.
